Carley Henson

Carley Henson first worked at the firm during the summers while she attended law school. She began working at The Bardwell Firm as a full-time associate attorney in September of 2023. Carley handles various contract, business, real estate, estate planning matters, and provides litigation support in civil and domestic cases. Carley is a native of Boone County, graduating from Valley Springs High School in 2016. In 2020, she graduated with her undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas Sam Walton School of Business. Immediately upon graduating with her B.S.B.A, Carley started law school in Fayetteville at the University of Arkansas School of Law. She graduated with her Juris Doctor in May 2023. While in law school, Carley served as a student representative in the Business Law Society and worked in the student transactional clinic setting up nonprofit corporations in Northwest Arkansas. 

Carley enjoys going to concerts, watching the Razorbacks in any sporting event, visiting the beach, and working on the farm with her husband, Logan.
